As a virgin about to be married I was worried about not being able to have sex with my husband. I was 38 when we married. I had never been able to use tampons and have always been tight down there so I was fearful we wouldn’t be able to do it. I was a bit skeptical and intimidated by the size of some but doing the exercises along with the dilators I could see results and was moving up the sizes.
